Candidate will have a general understanding of the design, integration, and production of military hardware and software for C4I/C5ISR systems. The Program Manager is responsible for developing detailed project plans, ensuring resources are available and allocated properly, and guaranteeing deliverables are provided on time, within budget, and scope. This key role will serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and will provide clear and consistent information throughout all phases of contract transition and execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor and manage all aspects of prime contract transition and execution, including tracking funding and resource allocation, meeting timely completion of recurring and ad-hoc contract deliverable deadlines, and ensuring output accuracy
- Oversee the execution of prime contracts for Navy and Joint customers, which may include SeaPort and other contract vehicles
- Interface frequently with customers in person, virtually, and by phone
- Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
- Manage relationships and requirements with subcontractor teammates
- Assess risks to the project and develop contingency plans for potential issues
- Critically evaluate problems and develop strategic solutions promptly
- Successful track record of program management for prime contracts serving Navy and Joint customers
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational coordination, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of Department of Defense environments and associated requirements for personnel operating in those environments
- Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, systems engineering, business or related scientific/technical discipline, Masters degree in any of the same fields preferred
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, or equivalent
- 7 years of progressive experience in prime contract program management for Navy and Joint customers related to design, integration and production of military hardware/software for C4I/C5ISR systems
