What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who brings energy, discipline, and a growth mindset. At New Venture Escrow, we invest in our people by providing the tools, data, and support needed to succeed.
- Drive New Business: Proactively identify, qualify, and engage prospects to generate escrow opportunities.
- Build & Manage Pipeline: Maintain a strong pipeline using HubSpot CRM and sales data platforms.
- Support Revenue Growth: Partner with field sales to expand revenue from existing clients through follow-up and relationship nurturing.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Marketing, Events, and internal teams on campaigns, initiatives, and client engagement efforts.
- Tech-Savvy Execution: Confidently adopt and utilize multiple sales and technology platforms to maximize efficiency.
- Proven Sales Experience: Background in inside sales, business development, or a similar role, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
