Role Description
- Build trust with clients, understand their financial needs, and guide them through debt consolidation strategies via inbound and outbound calls
- Clearly explain our programs and assist clients through the enrollment process
- Follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Update client activity in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Sales experience required (inside sales, call center, or financial services preferred)
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Debt relief or debt settlement experience is a plus
