Role Description
This is a full-time, role located in the Greater Boston Area for an IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, troubleshoot computer and IT-related issues, manage help desk requests, and maintain desktop and endpoint systems. The role requires regular in-person support at client locations, including device setup, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
The IT Support Specialist will work closely with internal team members to ensure the ongoing functionality, reliability, and efficiency of IT systems while delivering a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support
- Strong understanding of Desktop Computers and related hardware
- Knowledge of Information Technology practices and principles
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Relevant certifications in IT support or a related field are an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred
