Your Role as a Senior Director of Behavioral Services
You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to Department of Education regulations, PA school code, BACB guidelines, and company policies, including confidentiality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee a school-wide behavior services program, standardizing best practices in special education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) across all locations.
- Create and implement training programs for behavioral support staff, provide real-time coaching, and facilitate BACB ACE trainings to maintain provider status.
- Support the Vice President of Operations in initiatives, school expansion, risk identification, and training needs assessments to drive organizational growth.
- Directly support students as needed, model effective interventions, and provide crisis management assistance.
- Monitor program effectiveness, make data-driven improvements, prepare reports, and engage in professional development activities.
Requirements
This is a remote role with 75% travel. The ideal candidate will be local to the Central Pennsylvania area, preferably residing in Lancaster, Pennsylvania 17601.
Requirements include:
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field; Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Expertise.
- At least 10 years of experience implementing ABA procedures, preferably in a special education setting.
- Leadership & Supervision: Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience overseeing behavioral services or related programs.
