IEP Coordinator

At New Story Schools, we serve students ages 5–21 with autism and emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. As an IEP Coordinator at New Story Schools, you will manage the administrative process that supports every student’s individualized education plan. Your work ensures compliance, organization, and communication across all teams, helping our schools deliver high-quality special education services.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• At least two years of administrative or clerical experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and student data systems
• High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate all aspects of the IEP process and related meetings
• Maintain compliance with deadlines and documentation requirements
• Manage communication with families, LEAs, and multidisciplinary teams
• Prepare, track, and file all IEP-related documentation accurately
• Support school leadership with administrative and data management tasks
