As the Clinical Services Supervisor at New Story Schools, you will provide leadership and oversight for clinical programs and services that support student success and well-being. You will guide a team of clinical professionals, ensuring that evidence-based practices, compliance standards, and individualized supports are consistently delivered. Through collaboration with educators, therapists, and families, you will help students achieve meaningful academic, social, and emotional growth.
What You’ll Need
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field
Valid Pennsylvania School Counseling K–12 certificate
Minimum of two years of experience providing clinical services to children with disabilities
Advanced knowledge of evidence-based practices in counseling and behavior intervention
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services
Oversee the planning and implementation of individualized clinical supports aligned with IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers and administrators to promote student engagement and emotional regulation
Provide direct counseling support and participate in IEP meetings to guide clinical planning
Monitor service effectiveness, provide staff training, and maintain compliance with regulations
