Background:
The warehouse Clerk is responsible for Focuses on the internal organization and flow of inventory within the warehouse while adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), safety regulations, and all company policies and procedures. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to maintain the flow of goods in the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Manages stock levels, performs inventory counts, and updates inventory systems.
- Places items in the correct storage locations (put-away) and pulls items for orders (picking)
- Create and maintain shipping records, including bills of lading and shipping labels.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and dock areas.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve shipping or receiving issues.
- Adhere to cGMP, OSHA safety standards, and all company policies and procedures at all times.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support a culture of safety and quality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent, preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Prior forklift experience a plus.
- Basic ability to read, write and speak English is required to comply with verbal directions, signs, policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with shipping software, ERP/WMS systems, and standard documentation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry).
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Work schedule may vary and could include evenings, weekends, or occasional overtime based on operational needs.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift in a manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse environment.
- Regular use of hands, wrists, and arms requiring fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
- May occasionally climb ladders or operate material handling equipment.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and around warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Must be able to remain on feet for extended periods of time.
Work Environment:
- Work is performed in a manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse environment.
- Exposure to varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
- Regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery.
- Noise levels are typically moderate to high; hearing protection may be required in certain areas.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed shoes must be worn as required.
- Work pace may be fast with frequent deadlines and shifting priorities.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $18.90 – $20.00*. Please note that the
pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final
compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills
and abilities as well as geographic location.
