RN Director of Nursing
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team.
This pivotal role requires a leader with a comprehensive understanding of skilled nursing facilities and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all nursing operations within the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that comply with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans and outcomes.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in nursing practice.
Required Qualifications:
- Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Required 1 year Medicare Based Home Health Leadership experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations.
