What You’ll Do:
As our Pricing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing pricing models that drive both competitiveness and profitability. Your work will directly support strategic decision-making and help ensure pricing integrity across the business.
- Develop and maintain pricing models for new and existing customer contracts, including RFQ/RFP pricing.
- Analyze gross margin performance by customer, product, and service line to identify margin pressure and recommend pricing adjustments.
- Evaluate promotional pricing initiatives and measure their financial impact on profitability.
- Conduct customer-level and product-level P&L analysis to support strategic account decisions.
- Maintain pricing accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.
- Build monthly and quarterly dashboards to track pricing KPIs such as price realization, discount rates, and margin trends.
- Use BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau, along with advanced Excel, to analyze large datasets and turn insights into action.
- Partner closely with sales to review pricing proposals and align them with company margin goals.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations to calculate accurate cost structures for new and existing product launches.
- Support finance during budgeting and forecasting cycles with pricing-related insights and analysis.
About YOU:
- 3–5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or a related field within manufacturing, packaging, distribution, or B2B supply chain environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Power Query, and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Navision, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with BI and reporting tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
