The New Life Recovery Center is seeking a Program Manager! The Program Manager provides day-to-day management, supervision, and program development for New Life Recovery Center and Partial Hospitalization Programs as well as onsite outpatient aftercare. This position provides direct clinical, programmatic, and administrative supervision and support to all program staff while overseeing appropriate completion of client and program records, and quality improvement efforts. The Program Manager ensures staff adhere to policy and procedure and standards for client care; in addition to developing and maintaining relationships with NLRC staff, other Community Services Board (CSB) programs, and stakeholders. This position would also provide direct clinical services to individuals, groups, and families as needed.
Starting Salary: $78,300-Depending on Experience

Education Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related Human Services field is required.
- At least three years of experience providing direct clinical services, preferably in a community based mental health setting is required.
- Supervisory experience required.
- Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist with the State of Virginia is required. SUD certification helpful (CSAC, MAC, LSATP, etc.)
