Desired Skills & Experience
- 3-6 years of experience managing information technology projects.
- Leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (SDLC, Agile/Scrum, etc.).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. PMP certification preferred.
- Lead IT projects through the full project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to implementation and successful completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource schedules, and budgets while ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure clear communication throughout each phase.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and manage changes to project scope, timelines, or priorities as needed.
- Support the successful adoption of new technologies and business processes by promoting collaboration and project management best practices across the organization.
