Who We're Looking For
We are not strictly requiring prior front desk experience. Instead, we're looking for someone who is:
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (MANDATORY)
- Extremely detail-oriented — you notice what needs to be done without being told
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility
- A fast learner who can quickly understand and explain clinic services to patients
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and new software
- Interested in marketing and social media, and willing to assist with content coordination when needed

Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide a warm, professional first impression
- Communicate clearly with patients in both English and Chinese
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling
- Learn clinic services and confidently explain treatments and pricing to patients
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain front desk organization and support daily operations
- Interest or experience in social media or marketing
Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phone calls, emails, appointment requests
- Manage forms, intake paperwork, EMR data entry, and follow-up reminders
- Process payments and support POS operations
- Assist with front-desk cleanliness, supplies, and presentation
Back Office Support:
- Inventory organization and supply tracking
- Assist with labeling, filing, and intake kit prep
- Support patient flow and room turnover during busy hours
- Participate in occasional content or patient education projects
- Flexible to assist other departments when needed (we're a startup)
Qualifications
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Are extremely detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Can learn new software quickly (EMR, scheduling, inventory tools)
- Are proactive and eager to help — no task is too small
- Have a friendly, polished appearance and calm communication style
- Can multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Are looking for a long-term home to grow and thrive in your career
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
