We are looking for a high-performance Content Creator to work directly alongside one of our Brand Visionary, Pace Morby, capturing, creating, and distributing content in real time. This is not a traditional content role, this is a front-row seat to a rapidly growing personal brand and business ecosystem. This individual will operate as both a creative partner and execution engine — traveling with Pace, identifying moments, telling stories, and turning real-life interactions into high-impact content across platforms. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, unpredictable environments and can move from idea → capture → edit → publish seamlessly, often within the same day. You must be resourceful, adaptable, and relentless in your pursuit of great content. This role requires grit, urgency, and a strong desire to win.

About The Role
This role involves capturing high-impact, real-time content across various platforms while working closely with the Brand Visionary.
Responsibilities
- Travel with the Brand Visionary to capture high-impact, real-time content across events, meetings, travel days, and daily operations.
- Film, edit, and publish content rapidly — often same-day — across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
- Identify and capture compelling moments as they happen, turning them into engaging, story-driven content.
- Act as a creative partner to the Brand Visionary, bringing ideas, angles, and concepts that elevate the brand’s presence and storytelling.
- Edit video content with speed and precision, optimizing for platform performance, retention, and engagement.
- Maintain a consistent flow of content that aligns with brand voice, messaging, and growth goals.
- Manage content posting cadence in real time, ensuring timely and strategic distribution.
- Organize and maintain media assets for easy access and repurposing across teams.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust content approach based on trends, engagement, and platform behavior.
- Support live event coverage, behind-the-scenes storytelling, and major brand initiatives.
- Operate with a high level of ownership, adaptability, and urgency in a constantly changing environment.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- 2 years of experience in content creation, videography, and editing in a fast-paced or creator-driven environment.
- High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and mobile editing tools.
- Strong instinct for storytelling, pacing, and what performs on social platforms.
- Ability to shoot high-quality content in dynamic, real-world environments (not just controlled settings).
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior.
- Ability to move quickly — capturing, editing, and publishing content with minimal turnaround time.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with a high-level personality.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities on the fly.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently and on short notice.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
