We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Press Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up files and operating digital printing presses to ensure the highest standards of print quality and efficiency. This includes performing quality control checks, troubleshooting press issues, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will report directly to a hands-on leadership team that is committed to investing in cutting-edge technology and lean manufacturing processes.
Typical Responsibilities:
Review work order packages to verify accuracy and gather required materials.
Set up and operate Pc’s and digital printing presses according to company and job specifications.
Ensure print quality by maintaining proper production rates, color density, registration, and quality standards.
Troubleshoot press issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency.
Produce test prints and revise files while completing all required production records.
Perform in-process inspections and report print quality concerns to management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Ensure proper use of materials and equipment to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
Perform additional duties assigned to support the production team.
Industry Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and can be occasionally loud.
What You Should Offer
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent plus at least three years of related experience.
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Required working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Illustrator.
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
Versatility, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Excellent oral, written, and listening communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain focused under pressure.
Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Highly Qualified Candidates Will Also Possess:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Graphic design or alike discipline.
Experience operating solvent & UV printers and digital plotter/cutters.
Strong troubleshooting skills related to press operations and print quality.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
Understanding of quality control standards in the printing industry.
