Schedule: 20–30 hours per week, Monday–Friday

We specialize in building high-quality single-family and multifamily homes across Southeastern, Wyoming. We value integrity, precision, and execution—and we are seeking an Executive Assistant who can help amplify our founder’s time and focus.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to become the right hand to our founder. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing both business and personal responsibilities—empowering the founder to focus on growth, leadership, and high-value decision-making. This role follows the productivity frameworks of Dan Martell’s Buy Back Your Time—helping remove low-leverage tasks and build systems that scale. You will help clear bottlenecks, streamline processes, and ensure the founder operates at peak effectiveness each day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the founder’s inbox, calendar, and priorities
  • Coordinate appointments, travel, meetings, and calls
  • Review emails, contracts, and documents, summarizing key points
  • Handle professional and personal errands, both local and virtual
  • Assist with basic financial tasks such as organizing receipts, tracking expenses, and updating simple KPIs
  • Document, update and maintain SOPs for recurring tasks
  • Track open items, follow-ups, and deadlines across multiple projects
  • Support logistics for events, conferences, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with project scheduling and administrative paperwork
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information at all times

Qualifications

  • 2 year of experience as an executive or personal assistant (preferred)
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with calendars, spreadsheets, task management tools, and digital workflows
  • High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and professionalism
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
