As a Behavior Technician ABA at New Patterns ABA - MA, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share a passion for providing compassionate and effective ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. About the Role:
As a Behavior Technician ABA, you will work closely with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies to address client needs
Collecting and recording data on client behavior
Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for clients and staff
Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and adjust treatment plans
Providing support to clients and families to promote independence and self-advocacy
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, etc.) preferred
0 years of experience; training or certification in ABA therapy preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
