Job Summary:

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home and community-based ABA therapy sessions with individuals with ASD and related conditions

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to promote positive behavioral change

• Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and behavior

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Communicate effectively with family members, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience (entry-level); willingness to learn and grow with our organization

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education) preferred

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to changing circumstances

• Must be available to work per diem (varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
