About the Role

As a Behavior Technician with New Patterns ABA - CT, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional ABA therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, families, and other professionals
• Participating in team meetings and providing feedback to ensure high-quality services
• Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field preferred)
