Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective patients
- Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure conversion
- Provide accurate information about services, procedures, and availability
- Maintain and update patient information in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and healthcare providers to ensure smooth scheduling
- Track communication and follow-up activities to improve patient engagement
- Deliver excellent customer service and build trust with patients
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare coordination preferred
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer tools
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical offices, dental clinics, or healthcare marketing
