Schedule & Caseload:
- Full-Time 30 client sessions per week (5 days per week)
- 2 work from home days per week with an option 3rd day depending on client need
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree or higher (required)
- License/Certification: Licensed in Texas (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, LMFT), or LMSW (supervision provided for LMSW by New Path)
- Work Location: Rockwall/Fate office
- Ability to Commute: Must be able to commute to Fate/Rockwall for in-person sessions
Position Details:
- Job Types: Full-time/W2 employee
- Pay Range: Full-Time: $78,000- $96,000 per year based on caseload of 28-35 sessions per week
- Client Population: Adults, Trauma, First Responders, children/teens, couples, families (based on clinician specialty)
Specialty areas are highly welcomed:
- Couples Therapy
- Trauma Therapy
- EMDR Trained or Certified
- Brain Spotting
- Somatic work, and neurodivergence
- Specialty Certifications (CBT/Trauma)
