Role Description
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPA, or Licensed Psychologist) to join our clinical team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing individual therapy as part of a treatment team, developing comprehensive treatment plans, conducting mental health assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining case documentation, offering various styles of therapy and counseling, and working closely with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals through evidence-based practices.
We offer a wide range of clinical services covering dozens of issue areas and diagnoses, and we offer training and supervision to clinical staff in multiple therapies including CBT, DBT, MBCT, MBSR, ACT, EMDR, CPT, Prolonged Exposure, Mindfulness, and more. We base our therapy plans around insightful diagnostics and testing, client-centered trauma-informed therapies, and creative problem solving to deliver the best results to the client.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management, including preparing and maintaining comprehensive client care plans and coordinating therapy sessions as needed.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Mental Health and Psychology, with a dedication to applying evidence-based psychological practices.
- Either Full or Associate Level Licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPA, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (or Provisionally Licensed Psychologist) in Texas is required.
- Compassionate and patient approach in providing care to clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team and adapt to various therapy formats.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with evidence-based therapy approaches is a plus.
