Position Summary
New Pacific Industrial is hiring a Finance & Job Cost Coordinator to support the financial, administrative, and job-cost control systems of a growing shipbuilding and industrial fabrication business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can help keep daily business details organized as the company builds its operating systems. The position will support AP, AR, vendor setup, customer billing, job cost coding, ERP setup, payroll coordination, document control, and project cost reporting.
The right person will create order, protect accuracy, follow up on loose ends, and help prevent administrative work from becoming operational drag.
