Responsibilities
Sales, Enrollment & Community Outreach
- Lead enrollment conversations and follow up with prospective families
- Build and maintain relationships with OBGYNs, pediatricians, and local birth/postpartum professionals
- Secure and coordinate lunch & learns, office visits, tours, and educational presentations
- Follow up on leads from medical offices, events, referrals, and community partners
- Attend and coordinate tabling events, resource fairs, and partner activations
- Track sales activity, leads, and conversions toward monthly and quarterly goals
- Serve as the day-to-day manager of the studio
- Manage class schedules, events, and studio calendar
- Coordinate and schedule expert speakers, instructors, and facilitators
- Ensure smooth studio operations and a positive in-studio experience for families
- Be available to work weekends as needed to support marketing and community events such as Bumps & Bagels and other studio offerings
- Assist with event planning, including timelines, setup needs, supplies, and staffing coordination
- Support event execution, including guest check-in, vendor coordination, and on-site flow
- Assist with event breakdown and clean-up following each event
- Capture leads, registrations, and follow-ups from events to drive enrollment
- Manage the Momence (CRM) software system, including registrations, payments, waitlists, and reporting
- Track outreach, contacts, enrollment data, and follow-ups using CRM or tracking systems
- Prepare raffle items, giveaway packages, and partner gift baskets
- Create simple marketing materials and graphics in Canva (flyers, invites, social assets, etc.)
- Support partnership campaigns with light admin tasks (printing materials, assembling packets, etc.)
- Provide weekly updates on activities, goals, enrollment progress, and opportunities
- Extroverted, friendly, and energized by in-person relationship building
- Sales-focused with strong follow-through and goal orientation
- Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Confident walking into offices and starting conversations
- Comfortable with light creative tasks (Canva) and administrative systems
- Willing and available to work occasional weekends for studio events
- Passionate about supporting new moms and families
- Able to represent New Mom School with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
- Prior experience in sales, outreach, business development, or studio management
- Healthcare, medical office, or wellness industry experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation to visit local offices and events
- Willingness to attend occasional evening or weekend events
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using software systems (Momence, CRM, scheduling tools)
