About The New Mom School
The New Mom School provides expert-led education, connection, and community for new mothers and their babies from 0-12 months. Our programs combine evidence-based information, emotional support, and real connection in a welcoming, mom-centered space.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all lead follow-up from digital ads, referrals, and events with timely, personalized communication.
- Conduct sales consultations to convert inquiries into paid class registrations.
- Build and maintain local partnerships with OB/GYN offices, hospitals, and prenatal/family-focused businesses.
- Plan and execute local events and collaborations that increase visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the corporate marketing and agency teams to improve campaign performance.
- Track and report weekly performance metrics including leads, conversions, and event ROI.
- Attend weekly coaching calls as needed
- Must be able to commute to the studio that is located in Mount Pleasant
- 2 years of sales, marketing, or business development experience within the health & wellness, fitness, or infant programming industry
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Confident communicator who enjoys outreach, follow-up, and closing conversations.
- Organized, proactive, and community-minded.
- Passionate about supporting new moms and creating meaningful connections.
- Experience with CRM systems (Momence, ClubReady, Mindbody ect) preferred
