Executive Director Position
The New Mexico Association of Community Colleges (NMACC) is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and visionary Executive Director to serve as the organization’s chief executive officer. NMACC is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to promoting high-quality, affordable, and accessible post-secondary education for students across New Mexico and supporting the mission of community colleges statewide.
The Executive Director will work closely with member institutions, state leaders, and community partners to advance initiatives that strengthen student success, workforce development, and access to higher education.
This role requires an accomplished leader with exceptional organizational and management skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of government affairs, policy, and advocacy related to education. The successful candidate will help represent and promote the shared priorities of community colleges, collaborate on initiatives that support students and communities, and guide the organization’s strategic efforts to enhance educational opportunity throughout the state.
