Radio On-Air / Multimedia Production / Sports Play-by-Play

We are looking for an On-Air / Multimedia Production / Play-by-PLay announcer to join our team in beautiful Montana.

This will require relocation to Havre MT.

Requirements include:

• Ability to demonstrate quality On-Air sound, creative multimedia production and an active interest in the local community.
• Good computer skills and a working knowledge of digital editing tools for production, programming, script writing and information updates utilized on-air, on-line, mobile and voice applications.
• A Strong understanding of production techniques, particularly proper utilization and workflow timing necessary for both On-Air delivery and Multimedia production are determining factors for aspiring Production Directors to apply.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to foster a harmonious working relationship with members of the NMB team.
• Sports Play-by-Play skills are a definite Plus that includes additional compensation.

Benefit Package valued at approximately $10,000:

• ·Health Insurance: 75% of your Health Insurance (currently Blue Cross/Shield Bronze Plan).
• ·Dental insurance: New Media Broadcasters self-insured company plan has NO premium charge for the employee at this time (reserve pool is currently large enough for us to waive premium payments).
• ·401(k) Plan: 3% initial NMB match and 1⁄2% NMB match for each additional 1% individual contribution up to 5% total. Fully funded, government preferred, Safe Harbor Plan. Eligibility after first year of employment.
• ·Paid Leave: Two (2) weeks paid Vacation after first year of employment and Six (6) personal/sick days per year (personal days are not to cause an undue burden on the rest of the staff by your absence).
• Relocation: Assistance up to $1,000. Must present receipts and all money repaid if you leave employment before the end of your first year.

An enclosed vehicle in good operating condition is a necessary requirement. We are located approximately two miles north of the city and weather conditions demand a four wheel, all wheel or front wheel drive vehicle with good ground clearance.

All Radio stations broadcast HD and either simulcast or multicast separate programming.

We maintain separate mobile apps, voice skills, and social networking sites for each or our main broadcast channels and seek talent to help aid development of our other digital initiatives.
