Radio On-Air & Multimedia Marketing Sales - Relocate to MT

We will provide you with ongoing training and the resources you need to represent our audio and digital initiatives to the business community.

A working knowledge of broadcast operations and sales experience are preferred. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a manner that involves strong communication skills. You will be required to work actively in prospecting, setting appointments, information gathering, developing written and oral presentations, finalizing sales projects, servicing clients, and assisting in the creation and development of advertising concepts. Good computer skills and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines are also required.

Duties include entering sales orders, scheduling production, prospecting clients, and developing solutions. You should be focused, disciplined, and be able to work with and without supervision. The ability to integrate multimedia projects, telemarketing experience and production skills are a definite Plus.

You will also learn our workflow process while training to be On-Air, improving Production techniques, and learning to enhance and deliver a message for a result-oriented approach to marketing on a Local level. This combination of job skills will set you apart from other media venues with a unique understanding of how Radio and Multimedia work together for the client’s benefit.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the sales and marketing activities
• Establish quotas and goals.
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on individual performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients
