Key Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and the business to develop a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Work with recruiters in defining and maintaining hiring needs while understanding requirements of the roles, the challenges, and how it fits into the organization.
- Identify prospects through strong research by using various sourcing platforms and strategies, ie, job boards, social media, tech school, military recruitment, feet on street, etc.
- Create, maintain, and track strategic partnerships with external groups/organizations.
- Execute tactical outreach, craft custom outreach messaging, and screen prospective candidates.
- Review and qualify active candidate pipeline.
- Work with schedulers and recruiters to ensure a remarkable candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years’ technical sourcing expertise
- Proficient in direct sourcing using social media and other recruiting strategies and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Expert-level internet search and networking skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organization skills.
- Creative thinker as it relates to sourcing and recruiting passive talent.
