The Sourcer supports the Recruiters with candidate sourcing and prescreening knowledge as well as other employment practices of alliantgroup.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives to engage with a wide range of candidates, each with unique backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets.
- Partner with leadership and the Talent Acquisition team in headcount planning and forecasting future recruiting needs
- Create and implement innovative employment marketing and branding strategies through social media and networks to attract passive talent.
- Perform research to make sure alliantgroup’s Talent Acquisition team remains on the cutting edge in order to bring in the best talent
- Utilize social media outlets in order to spread the word of the alliantgroup brand
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, networking events, market demands, and sourcing techniques
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Competitive, motivated, and inspired to work in a high performance culture where success and hard work is HIGHLY rewarded!
- Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team based project experience
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking system
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Comfortable with LinkedIn and other social media outlets
- Excellent planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong experience scheduling and using MS Outlook
- Strong Excel skills
