Key Responsibilities
•Manage end-to-end recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
•Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers, providing guidance on talent availability, market insights, recruitment strategy, and process expectations.
•Build and maintain candidate pipelines for technical, corporate, and/or blue-collar roles
•Serve as a team player, partnering with sourcers and onboarding coordinators providing them the appropriate details to assist. Maintain accurate data and workflow compliance in the ATS.
•Meet agreed SLAs and support a strong candidate experience.
Qualifications
•Minimum 2 years of previous experience in recruitment (RPO, in-house, or agency).
•Experience with manufacturing, corporate, or service roles for renewal energy preferred.
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Proficiency with ATS (Ideally Success Factors) and sourcing tools.
•Desire to be a part of a high performing team is a must.
•Ability to work quickly and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
