- Leading by Example Serve as a mentor yourself, sharing your expertise and experience to uplift the women in our program.
- Supporting Volunteers Regularly check in with program volunteers to provide encouragement and offer assistance where needed.
- Financial Expertise If you have experience in budgeting, financial planning, or personal finance, we'd love to leverage your knowledge to help our participants achieve financial stability and independence.
- Emotional Intelligence Utilize your high emotional intelligence and empathy to connect with program members, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
As a Branch Leader, you will contribute meaningful insights that help shape our programs and initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include
- Collaborating with team members to outline project objectives and develop strategic plans for program implementation.
- Identifying best practices and innovative approaches from successful organizations to inform our program development.
- Participating in team meetings to discuss research progress and align strategies with organizational goals.
- Background in leadership, finance, and/or mentorship.
- Availability during EST office hours for virtual meetings and collaboration.
- A high level of confidentiality and respect for sensitive information.
- Training You will receive 3-5 hours of initial training to equip you for your research role and familiarize you with our mission and objectives. We'll also schedule mentorship, training, and check-ins to support your ongoing success.
