About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health issues.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness.
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Current registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations preferred.
- Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
