Mental Health facility seeking MFT-A for full-time position for morning shift, Monday to Friday. This person is responsible for providing comprehensive case management and mental health services to clients in an outpatient setting. Participates in treatment planning/reviews and implementation, and maintains timely, complete, and legible clinical documentation. Responsible for contributing insightful, practical, and meaningful information to the treatment planning process through running groups and individual assessments. We are seeking a qualified candidate who displays professionalism, practices ethical principles, is detail-oriented and reliable.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Demonstrates ability to develop integrated summaries.
- Conducts per-admission assessments, psycho-social assessments, documentation and participates in intake and discharge process.
- Develops and implements an individualized treatment plan for each client using measurable goals and objectives.
- Facilities assigned groups/meetings/activities and documents in client records.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education/Experience
- Registered with BBS
- KIPU experience is a plus
Requirements
- First Aid, CPR and strong documentation skills
