⚖️ What You’ll Do
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our attorneys and delivering exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Conducting legal research and preparing case materials
- Managing and organizing digital case files with a high level of accuracy
- Communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assisting with hearing and trial preparation
- Participating in occasional in-person meetings, hearings, or team collaboration as needed
- Supporting Spanish-speaking clients through translation and interpretation as required
We’re looking for a proactive, organized professional who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law (required)
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Self-starter with the ability to manage responsibilities in a hybrid work environment
- Must reside in Colorado within reasonable commuting distance to firm locations
