What You’ll Do
- Perform residential house cleaning services professionally and thoroughly
- Follow the cleaning scope and customer instructions provided for each assignment
- Complete assigned work according to New Leaf Cleaning’s quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and New Leaf Cleaning
- Arrive on time and complete assignments within the expected timeframe
- Report any issues, damages, or concerns promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude in customers’ homes

- Standard residential cleaning

- Move-in/move-out cleaning

How It Works
New Leaf Cleaning handles the customer side of the business, including customer acquisition, scheduling, and job coordination.
Cleaning assignments are offered individually. You choose which available assignments fit your schedule, service area, and capabilities.
Before accepting an assignment, you will receive the relevant job details, including the location, cleaning requirements, schedule, and compensation for the assignment.
Compensation is provided per assignment rather than as an hourly wage. The amount varies based on the size, scope, location, and requirements of each cleaning assignment.

As an independent subcontractor, you are responsible for:

Pay: $24.73 - $35.00 per hour
