- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure safety and hygiene.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
- Maintain floor care by performing carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and other specialized treatments to preserve flooring quality.
- Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or cleaning supplies with proper techniques to prevent injury.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Use janitorial and custodial experience to maintain cleanliness in various areas, including outdoor spaces if required.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred; familiarity with commercial cleaning is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, dusting techniques, and sanitation standards is essential for delivering top-quality service.
- Experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and other tools is highly valued.
