Now Hiring: Patient Accounts Representative (Collections)
Are you detail-oriented, empathetic, and confident handling financial conversations? Join our team as a Patient Accounts Representative and play a key role in helping patients navigate their financial responsibilities while supporting the financial health of our Practice.
What You’ll Do:
- Contact patients regarding outstanding balances via phone, email, and mail
- Set up payment plans and negotiate resolutions in a professional, respectful manner
- Review and reconcile patient accounts to ensure accuracy
- Document all communications and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with billing, insurance, and customer service teams to resolve account issues
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and collection policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in medical billing, collections, or accounts receivable a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and insurance processes is a plus

Hours are as follows: Monday through Thursday-8:30-5:00pm, and Fridays-8:00-3:30pm.
