We're seeking a dynamic Salon Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our salon—ensuring every client has a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Job Overview:

The Salon Front Desk Coordinator plays a critical role in our daily operations by overseeing the reception area, managing scheduling and appointments, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position is responsible for leading front desk staff, maintaining a positive client experience, and supporting the salon team in administrative and organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
  • Manage appointment scheduling via salon booking software
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
  • Upsell current clients and drive salon sales
  • Follow-up with clients after services have been completed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage the cash register
  • Resolve customer concerns or escalate to management when needed
  • Monitor inventory levels for retail and office supplies
  • Coordinate with stylists and technicians to optimize scheduling
  • Support promotional events and marketing initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in customer service or salon/spa front desk
  • Leadership or management experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with salon management software (Meevo a Plus)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor required
