Who We're Looking For
We're hiring a Front Desk Coordinator. This role is the first voice patients hear and the last face they see. You set the tone for the entire experience.
We want someone who:
- Has real dental front office experience
- Understands insurance verification, co-pays, and collections
- Can manage a schedule that keeps production on track without double-booking or leaving gaps
- Communicates clearly with patients, providers, and teammates, even when the day gets chaotic
- Takes ownership of the front desk
What You'll Actually Do
- Own the patient experience from check-in to check-out
- Manage scheduling across providers, including follow-ups, reschedules, and same-day adjustments
- Verify insurance benefits, explain patient financial responsibility, and collect payments confidently
- Keep patient records accurate and current
- Prepare daily schedules and patient charts so the clinical team can hit the ground running
- Answer phones with professionalism and handle inquiries efficiently
- Support the overall flow of the office so nothing falls through the cracks
What You Bring
- Previous dental front office experience (required)
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (tell us which ones you know)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle without dropping things
- A professional, warm communication style, on the phone and in person
- Confidence handling financial conversations with patients
- High school diploma or GED
