We Are Looking For A Entry Level Customer Service Representative Who Can:
- Meet with potential customers and respond to basic customer inquiries about services, products, billing, and related topics
- Review accuracy of customer account information and document changes to be made to exceed customer satisfaction
- Work with Customer Service Associate and sales team members to achieve measurable customer service targets
- Possess a welcoming demeanor towards customers when presented with challenges or objections
- Provide continuous effort to increase the quality of the customer experience, drive company morale and improve business
- Attend training seminars and client meetings to stay on top of relevant product knowledge, current sales promotions, new product launches, and customer acquisition tactics
