New Jersey Respiratory Associates (NJRA) is seeking a Registered Nurse to support our Tender Touch Program, a mobile respiratory wellness initiative designed to provide structured respiratory assessments across multiple partner facilities.
This role is part of our Road Therapy model, where clinicians travel between assigned buildings to perform standardized respiratory wellness evaluations and document observations in accordance with program guidelines.
Position Overview
The Registered Nurse will travel to designated facilities to conduct basic respiratory wellness assessments, document findings, and provide recommendations when appropriate. The program focuses on early observation and respiratory wellness monitoring in a structured and straightforward format.
The Tender Touch Program is designed to focus on foundational respiratory evaluation and documentation, with an emphasis on consistency, efficiency, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities

Travel to assigned partner facilities to complete scheduled respiratory wellness assessments

Perform structured respiratory evaluations including:

Breathing assessments

Breathing exercise guidance

Mucus secretion observation

Pulse assessment

Document findings and observations in a timely and accurate manner

Provide written recommendations when appropriate based on program guidelines

Maintain consistent documentation standards across all assigned locations

Coordinate scheduling and coverage across multiple facilities within the assigned territory

Qualifications
