As a Shipping Coordinator you will be charged with organizing, preparing, and ensuring the secure delivery of our dental products to clients nationwide. Please note, this position is based on-site at our laboratory and is not eligible for remote work.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare dental products and related paperwork for shipping, ensuring that all items are securely packaged and labeled correctly
- Conduct final checks on all outgoing shipments to confirm that orders are complete and meet quality standards
- Maintain an orderly and safe work environment within the shipping area
- Utilize shipping software to schedule pick-ups and track shipments
- Coordinate with front office and production staff to prioritize daily shipments
- Regularly update inventory and shipment logs to reflect outgoing and received items
- Inspect packages for damage and report any discrepancies or issues to the management immediately
- Follow organizational policies relating to confidentiality and data protection regulations
- Handle and resolve shipping-related queries from customers and other departments professionally
- Participate in periodic training and workshops to stay updated with shipping practices and warehouse management technologies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hours are from 10:00AM to 7:00PM Monday-Friday with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
- At least 1 year of experience in a shipping or logistics role
- Proficiency in shipping software and good computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order preparations and documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of basic math skills for inventory and order management
- Capability to adapt to changing environments and operational needs
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in stressful situations
