Sales Representative – Join Our Growing Team
Dover, Ohio | Full-Time | Weekly Pay Tiered Commission

We’re a rapidly growing used car dealership with a 20-car indoor showroom, and we’re looking for the right person to join our sales team — someone who wants more than just a job, but a place to grow and thrive.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in any type of sales (automotive is a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Team-focused, reliable, and motivated to succeed
- Professionalism and great customer service
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a weekly pay structure with a retroactive tiered commission plan on front and back gross:
- 1–2 cars sold/week: 10%
- 3–4 cars sold/week: 15%
- 5–7 cars sold/week: 20%
- 8 cars sold/week: 25%
Once you hit the next tier, the higher percentage applies to all sales that week.
