Human Resources Training Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in HR systems and excellent communication skills to support our human resources training functions effectively. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works closely with the Director of Human Resources in identifying required training for agency compliance
• Inform employees about available training opportunities and provide necessary information and technical support if needed.
• Knowledge of scheduling training sessions and coordinating logistics
• Creates training certificates for all new staff upon hire
• Ability to organize training with external providers
• Ability to track employee training progress
• Ability to keep training records on employee files and upload them to Paylocity
• Utilize Microsoft Office programs to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Manage and maintain employee data within the Paylocity HR platform.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management to facilitate HR training processes.
• Assist with onboarding and other HR administrative tasks when needed.
• Prioritize and manage multiple training tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently to support HR initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Paylocity HR platform, a plus, or similar HRIS systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

A bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or a related field is required, along with one year of experience in employee training coordination.

And/or

An associate's degree in human resources, education, or a related field may be required with two years of experience as a training coordinator.
