What You'll Do:
- Assist in facilitating human resource processes at the agency level
- Oversee, along with the Human Resources Manager, hiring, onboarding, employee evaluations, and payroll
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Assist with competency training and administrative tasks
- Ensure the delivery of quality and safe home health care
