About The Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Outpatient Support & Data Specialist to join our team. This position is essential in creating a welcoming, efficient, and seamless experience for clients while ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all data entered into our Credible Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and values precision in data and workflow management. Flexibility is key: Candidates must be willing and able to rotate between multiple outpatient offices as needed.
What You’ll Do
Client Experience & Access
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years of experience performing scheduling and office clerical activities

About The Role

What You’ll Do
Client Experience & Access
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person, by phone, and via virtual platforms.
- Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and intake coordination.
- Support clients with professionalism, compassion, and problem-solving.
- Enter and maintain demographic, financial, and insurance information.
- Ensure all client data is complete, accurate, and compliant.
- Upload and track key documents, including Release of Information (ROI) forms.
- Assist with scanning, documentation workflow, and daily operations.
- Maintain telehealth equipment readiness across offices.
- Support financial processes, including deposit preparation when assigned.
- Travel between multiple outpatient office locations as needed.
- Step in to support offices experiencing high volume, staff shortages, training needs, or schedule gaps.
- Represent the outpatient department with consistency and professionalism across sites.
