Registered Nurse (DD)

Program: DD Residential Services

Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, but will be on call after hours and on weekends.

Salary: $77,126 per year

Job Responsibilities

Under general supervision, the candidate will:

• Provide professional nursing services in accordance with medical protocols.
• Perform nursing assessments on individuals annually, upon any changes in care, post hospital discharge.
• Monitor medication closely.
• Assess the condition of individuals in services.
• Develop care plans.
• Provide treatment and education.
• Record pertinent observations and responses to treatment.
• Provide in-service training for staff.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications: A current Georgia license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse. At least 2 years of experience in nursing. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as the position requires occasional transporting.

Preferred Qualifications: Mental health experience.
