What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Support Worker Lead (Red Hill) position at New Horizons Behavioral Health?
Under general supervision, the candidate will care for residents in a group home environment, and will teach daily living skills, attend all trainings required for the position, and provide transportation to and from appointments. The candidate will also regulate, document, and report resident behavior/progress on an ongoing basis and in a timely manner. The candidate will also maintain a clean, healthy and safe environment. The candidate will ensure medication compliance with individuals. Duties may also include bathing.
Program Name: Red Hill Group Home
Works with the following population: Male and female individuals with a mental health diagnosis and/or addictive diseases.
Minimum Requirements: High School diploma / GED. Experience in working with individuals with mental disabilities and/or addictive diseases. Must have an insured vehicle available for work, as well as a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
Supervisory abilities and skills.
Preferred Requirements: Experience working with individuals with mental disabilities and/or addictive diseases. Experience in a supervisory position.
Days & Time: This position will work 40 hours a week. This program stays open 24/7, and shifts may work weekends, holidays, and may have to, at some point, work all shifts.
Pay: $29,120 per year
