New Hope is looking for a compassionate, creative Day Habilitation Supervisor to lead a meaningful program that helps individuals grow, connect, and thrive. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys supporting a team, building community connections, and making a positive difference every day.  You’ll guide person-centered activities that support socialization, community integration, skill-building, independence, and daily living skills in a welcoming, people-first environment.

What You’ll Do

·         Lead, coach, and support the Day Habilitation team.

·         Plan engaging activities that promote community involvement, social connections, self-advocacy, daily living skills, mobility, communication, and personal growth.

·         Support person-centered goals and positive outcomes for individuals served.

·         Build strong relationships with individuals, families, staff, and community partners.

·         Maintain a safe, welcoming program environment and ensure compliance with agency, HCBS, CARF, safety, and program standards.

·         Coordinate staffing, schedules, documentation, supplies, budgets, and daily operations.
